Lost Two Large Instagram Accounts Overnight

I recently lost access to two large Instagram accounts with no warning. What makes this even more concerning is that a few days before this happened, someone contacted me on Telegram, threatening that my accounts would be taken down if I didn’t pay $3,500. I ignored it, assumed it was a scam — and today, both accounts were suspended. I don’t know if it’s connected, but the timing is hard to ignore. These accounts were years of work and a big part of my business. I’m currently appealing through all official channels. If anyone has experience with account recovery, Meta support, or similar situations, I’d really appreciate any advice or ideas. I’ll update if anything changes.
