Routenote
Level Music
 
These let you publish on Spotify, Apple Music, and more without paying upfront. Avoid platforms that charge you before you even earn a dollar.
Remember a million streams on spotify and apple are counted separately even if they are the same people so that's 10/ 15$ k per million streams.
