I think tools that rephrase or restructure sentences can be useful — if used thoughtfully. I occasionally use Quillbot when I’m stuck rewording a section, not to replace my phrasing but to see how the same idea could flow differently. Sometimes it helps me notice patterns, like when I overuse certain sentence structures or rely too much on filler words.
