Download bumble from play store.
Download Fake gps app.
Make an account on bumble with an ewhore pack that has verification images or you can photoshop it
Once you made the bumble account, upload all the pics, bumble will ask for verification sooner or later so i suggest taking care of that first. 
After that, set a very common bio, write your hobbies and shit.
Then add a link that you don't use bumble much so contact me on snapchat, and add snapchat id
Now once you make the bumble account you will have 100 people adding you within an hour, 
DO NOT TALK TO ANYONE ON BUMBLE
Just wait for people to add you on snapchat.
